Overview Of The Training

Communications Center (CC) is a product designed to route calls (phone, email, chat, text, etc.) through a contact center. Agents primarily use TouchPoint to take/make calls. The functionality available in this product is dependent on which licenses you have.

The Enghouse Interactive Quality Management Suite (QMS) has three major functions: record phone calls; record users’ computer screen(s); and evaluate agents based on their calls.

Each of these three major functions is licensed, so you may have none or all of them depending on what you have purchased. In this webinar, we will discusses the integration of the two products and how to best use them to your advantage.
